The RoadRace Factory is pleased to announce that reigning 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing Daytona Sportbike Champion, Jake Gagne will head the team’s efforts in 2015. We are also excited to announce that we have renewed our long standing relationship with Yamaha.

The difference for 2015? Jake will be leading our efforts in the MotoAmerica 1000cc Superstock class aboard the beautiful Yamaha R1. Making the transition from the R6 to the brand new R1 is no small feat and Jake has been preparing all off season for this new challenge.

Jake Gagne: “I am beyond excited to be on the new R1 and back with the RoadRace Factory/Red Bull family! And with the MotoAmerica series coming in, the future is looking very bright. The new challenge of the superstock is going to be awesome and I can’t wait to swing my leg over the R1, especially going back to some of my favorite tracks here.”

Danny Walker: “We are very excited about getting Jake back on our team and to see what he can do aboard the new R1. We know he is one of the most capable riders in the US and pairing him up with the big bike is really going to showcase his talent and the capabilities of the all new R1. 2015 in MotoAmerica is going to be a fantastic adventure for everyone and we’re excited to get racing!”
