Entrants must create a profile on RoadracingWorld.com to be eligible to win. Entrants that do not provide their Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email address are not eligible to win.

Only one (1) prize will be awarded per person or family/household every thirty (30) days.

By entering, readers agree to allow Roadracing World to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Your entry will be considered your advance permission to publish any contest-related materials, without further approval.

The winner will be required to execute a release of liability – the winner will agree to hold Roadracing World and Chris Ulrich Racing, LLC, aka GEICO Motorcycle Road Racing, harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

Roadracing World will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties. For example: postal, Internet connection or e-mail problems.

If any potential winner fails to return all required documentation in a timely manner, then an alternate winner for that prize may be selected by random drawing or the prize may be forfeited.

Prizes are not transferable and once redeemed, no changes can be made. No cash redemption or substitution by the winner is permitted.

Roadracing World may, due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the prize originally won.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes in conjunction with any prize won on Roadracing World. If total prize value is $600 or more per person per calendar year, the winner will complete form 1099 for Roadracing World to submit to IRS. All federal, state and local laws apply. Any additional costs related to a prize that incurred as a result of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and not of Roadracing World.

With respect to any disputes regarding contests, the decision of Roadracing World will be final. Roadracing World has the right to change the rules or discontinue any contest at any time. Roadracing World has the right to revoke prizes if winner is deemed ineligible, even if an announcement has been made.

Employees of Roadracing World other magazines or websites and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

No purchase or donation is necessary. Contest available to legal residents of the United States and Canada only. Winners from Canada may be required to pay extra postage to receive the prize. Void where prohibited. Any false or fraudulent entries will be declined. Multiple entries will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.
