Grand Prix race team bosses Kenny Leroy Roberts and Peter Clifford have both showed up at Brainerd International Raceway in Brainerd, Minnesota for this weekend’s AMA Superbike National.

Roberts, a three-time 500cc World Champion who now runs his own Proton-sponsored Grand Prix team, will be watching son Kurtis compete this weekend on Hondas in the Superbike and 600cc Supersport class. Roberts’ other son, Kenny Lee Roberts, is the current 500cc World Champion on a Suzuki.

Clifford, who runs the Red Bull Yamaha WCM team, is at Brainerd for meetings with John Hopkins and his manager, Doug Gonda. Hopkins is competing in the Formula Xtreme and 600cc Supersport races on Suzukis this weekend.
