Voltcom Crescent Suzuki is pleased to welcome new Polish partner ‘Firma GRANDys duo’ for the team’s 2014 eni FIM Superbike World Championship challenge.

GRANDys duo has a long and defined history within motorcycle racing alongside a longstanding relationship with the Suzuki brand. As a family company built with determined passion for the industry, the synergy between Jacek Grandys’ company and Crescent Racing is clear and a partnership with Voltcom Crescent Suzuki for the 2014 World Championship season became an obvious next step.

GRANDys duo is one of the biggest importers of motorcycle parts and accessories in Poland. It offers top brand products from such companies as Yoshimura, Daytona, Afam, Marchesini, Hyperpro, BMC, Brembo, Capit among others. For the past 10 years it has been the driving force behind the Suzuki GRANDys Racing Team with much success, winning the International Polish Road Racing Championship and later the Alpe Adria Championship. In recent years the team has also dominated races in Central Europe. Looking for new challenges, GRANDys duo has decided to move to the world stage, supporting Voltcom Crescent Suzuki in the 2014 eni FIM Superbike World Championship. GRANDys duo also organises track days for beginners and advanced riders on the Pannonia-ring circuit in Hungary, and will host team racers Eugene Laverty and Alex Lowes at the track’s big event this August.

GRANDys duo’s logo will be unveiled as part of the Yoshimura-powered GSX-R’s new livery at the Voltcom Crescent Suzuki team launch on Wednesday 5th February and will be seen in track-action at the opening round of the season at Phillip Island in Australia later the same month.

Jacek Grandys – GRANDys duo CEO & owner:

“After a decade of victories and success in Poland, Austria, Slovenia and the Middle European Alpe Adria Championship, we decided in 2014 to promote our company on a higher level – the Superbike World Championship. We have a long working relationship with Suzuki Poland, and we have known Paul Denning for years – so the obvious next step was to formally establish the association with Voltcom Crescent Suzuki. I hope that in addition to racing success in WSBK, the partnership will allow us successful promotion of our brand and strengthen all areas of the business while similarly allowing the opportunity for the Voltcom Crescent Suzuki team to gain a stronger following across Poland and Central Europe.”

Paul Denning – Team Manager:

“We have known Jacek and the GRANDys duo company for some years, and always the passion for motorcycling in general and racing was clear. It’s a pleasure to welcome them as part of the team for 2014, and we know we have some work to do to be as successful as they have been with their own Suzuki team in recent years! We are looking forward to helping GRANDys duo with their marketing and promotions, and to exposing Voltcom Crescent Suzuki to new fans in Poland. We are working together on an interesting event in August and look forward to announcing the details soon!”
