SBK CORONA EXTRA SUPERBIKE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP® AGREEMENT BETWEEN FGSPORT AND HANNspree Rome, Tuesday 9th January 2007 HANNspree, the Taiwanese manufacturer of originally designed and innovative LCD TVs has become the latest sponsor of the Superbike World Championship. HANNspree only arrived in Italy a year ago but has already made a name for itself. HANNspree’s LCD televisions include models shaped like apples, footballs and even cartons of potato chips. The company’s range is made up of over 40 small to medium size TVs, as well as stylish larger screen TVs (26″,32″,37″). HANNspree’s original screen sizes and designs provide the perfect match for a wide range of tastes and passions. Kevin Chang, Chairman of HANNspree’s European operations explains the company’s philosophy: “To put it succinctly, HANNspree’s recipe for success is based on our ability to inject a breath of fresh air into the grey world of electronics. We are confident we can bring that same approach to the world of Superbike, thanks to the high-adrenaline nature of all our events. Entering the world of motorcycle racing and sponsoring the Superbike World Championship is a natural consequence of HANNspree’s fun based philosophy. Superbike World Championship and HANNspree share the same sort of inbuilt fun and excitement.” FGSport is particularly happy to announce the arrival of HANNspree as a sponsor. HANNspree is totally innovative and driven by ambitious projects packed with the sort of fascination that characterises the Superbike World Championship. Paolo Flammini, FGSport’s CEO, described the agreement with HANNspree as follows: “I am delighted to announce HANNspree’s arrival as Official Sponsor to the Superbike World Championship. HANNspree is a young company but has already made a big name for itself all over the world in a field that is quite unlike those of our more traditional sponsors. There can be no doubt that this latest agreement opens new horizons for the next twenty years of the Superbike World Championship. FGSport is extremely happy to join forces with HANNspree and can make a major contribution to helping HANNspree grow, promoting its image and maximising its advertising returns.”
