Macedon, New York (February 28, 2012) Harv’s Harley-Davidson Racing plans to enter brothers Travis and Cody Wyman on Suzuki GSX-R600s in the AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport East Championship as well as field Travis on a Harley-Davidson Sportster XR1200 in the 2012 AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Championship. After a grueling 2011 season filled with highs, like Travis’ AMA Pro SuperSport race win at Road America, and lows, like Travis’ crashes while battling up front in three different races at Barber Motorsports Park, Harv’s Harley-Davidson is sharply focused on success in 2012. The team began its official preparations with a two-day test (February 18-19) at Jennings GP, in Jennings, Florida, but the riders have been working hard all winter. “My brother Cody and I, along with our mother and Team Manager Kim Wyman and our Crew Chief Aaron Brown, have put together an incredible program to make this a successful year,” said Travis. “I have been training, and both mentally and physically preparing myself to perform at the best of my ability. My goal for this race season is to represent Harv’s Harley-Davidson and our partners and sponsors at a professional level and finish consistently at the front in all 11 rounds of the AMA Pro Road Racing series.” Harv’s Harley-Davidson Racing would like to thank its sponsors, both new and old: Tom and the entire Long Pond Auto Body Group for all of their help over the years with painting, Jeff Weil and Bruce Porter from Arai, Michael Tex Mawby from REV’IT!, MotoOption Clothing, Vortex, Bazzaz, Brake Tech, Hotbodies Racing, Bickle Racing and AB1 Motorsports.
