Leon Haslam to ride in JSB1000 final

As the most direct link between the litre class machines available in motorcycle dealer showrooms and the racetrack, Superbike racing is one of the world’s most-attended two-wheel motorcycle events.

With both Kawasaki Racing Team riders able to take the 2016 SBK title, Kawasaki fans around the globe are also looking to other championships for Ninja success.

Already with a strong chance to take honours in the British Superbike Championship, Leon Haslam has now been drafted into the final round of the All Japan Road Race Championship.

Riding as a member of Team Green on the Ninja ZX-10R at Suzuka on 6 November, Haslam has already been on the podium once this year at the Suzuka 8 hour race.

“It’s going to be a busy end to the season”, said the JG Speedfit rider. “I pushed hard to ride at the Suzuka 8 hour race as I knew I could deliver a great result. To be asked back to ride in the JSB final is flattering and I will try as hard as I can to get on the podium”.
