Kyle Chisolm, King of Bercy Supercross This past weekend at the 29th annual Bercy Supercross Kyle won the overall to be crowned the “King of Bercy.” This was his first win at the event and he was considered the underdog going in. What’s even more amazing is he did it on a basically stock bike. This past season he raced for the MotoConcepts team and still hasn’t signed for 2012. Adding this to his resume certainly helps in his negotiations going forward. Jeff Ward, Team Owner and Partner, Jeff Ward Racing Throughout his pro career Ward stayed loyal to Kawasaki. After 56 career wins, 7 national titles, and representing USA 7 times in the Motocross Des Nations, he is returning to professional motocross from an administrative standpoint. This time he is a part owner of the formerly called L&M team that had James Stewart last year. This year they plan to race Kawasaki’s to no surprise and have already signed Josh Grant. Shawn Gardner, Founder/CEO – Fun2Rent.com Shawn started Fun2Rent.com from a bad snowmobile rental experience and decided to change the rental market. He developed Fun2Rent.com a site that facilitates rental of recreational equipment from private owners. Fun2Rent provides comprehensive, liability, and collision insurance to all parties. Renters are prequalified for the equipment they rent, and owners are provided online tools for renting. This enables owners to rent out their equipment for a profit without risk while renters save 50% or more compared to existing rental companies. www.fun2rent.com Cory West, AMA Daytona Sportbike Racer – Vesrah Suzuki Cory finished out a competitive season in the Daytona class in 5th overall. He had three podium finishes, with two seconds (one was at the Daytona 200) and one third, and only finished outside the top ten in one race all season. In his career he has raced in AMA Superbike, Superstock, Supersport, Formula Xtreme, Dirt Track and overseas in the Spanish Championship. This was his second season racing with the Vesrah Suzuki crew, in 2010 he finished 6th overall in the Daytona Sportbike class. www.corywest.com Diana Brennan, Senior Manager, Media & Community Relations – Infineon Raceway AMA Pro Racing announced contracts with six tracks for the 2012 season; on the list was one of the best destinations on the circuit – Infineon Raceway. Located in the heart of the Sonoma Valley, the AMA stop at Infineon provides one of the nicest travel locations for fans looking to have their road racing with some wine, amazing scenery and some great restaurants. AMA Pro Road Racing teams will make a return visit to Infineon Raceway in May 2012 but at an earlier date than previous seasons. The series returns to the 2.32-mile circuit, which is located in the picturesque wine country of Sonoma, California, on the weekend of May 4 – 6, 2012. www.infineonraceway.com Crew at Pit Pass Radio Scott Casber, Tony Wenck, Ed Kuhlenkamp, Jack DeLeon.
