Andrew Short, 450 Supercross/ Motocross – Chaparral Honda L&Mc Racing Team 2012 has been a roller coaster of a year so far for Andrew Short. His newly formed team, owned by Larry Brooks and Jeremy McGrath, lost their title sponsor for a while and then eventually picked up Chaparral. Also Short missed over a month of racing due to an injury but then he came back to a much unexpected main event Supercross win, his first ever after competing in the premier class for six years. This week the the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship kicks off at Hangtown where Shorty is considered a strong contender in the series. www.andrewshort.com

Geoff May, AMA Pro SuperBike Racer – Amsoil Erik Buell Racing Team Geoff May picked up his first podium this season at Infineon Raceway on day two of racing with a third place finish. May has been working with Erik Buell to get the EBR superbike on the podium and they succeeded at Infineon. Ironically, so did his teammate Danny Eslick with his third place finish on day one of racing at Infineon. May currently sits in sixth place overall in the series. www.erikbuellracing.com
Michael Barnes, AMA Pro XR1200 Racer – Bartels’ Harley-Davidson The seasoned road racing veteran grabbed his first win of the season in the XR1200 class and currently sits in second place behind his teammate, Tyler O’Hara.
