In 1993 he retired from racing only to return and win the AMA 125 Pro Motocross Championship in 2001. He now races offroad full time and this past week at the opening round of the GEICO AMA EnduroCross series in Las Vegas, he led every lap in his heat race and the main event. He finished 4th in the main event. This was a tough season for Jake as he had to deal with being sick and then broken some ribs. His outstanding ride in Vegas is sure to motivate him for the Outdoors season that starts on May 18. Since then he’s won over 25 championships in road racing, dirt track, motocross, and supermoto. In 2009 he started a rental company called Feel Like A Pro that rents 250 Ninjas and offers road racing situations. Recently he sold the business to start a new venture that rents the Kawasaki KLX 140 that allows road racers a safe and fun way to learn throttle control, braking techniques, and build confidence. www.feellikeapro.com Chris Fillmore, AMA Pro SuperBike – KTM HMC Racing Fillmore is a former two-time AMA Pro Supermoto Champion and the 2011 AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson XR1200 Series Champion. In 2012 he finished in 11th overall in the AMA Pro SuperBike class with 8 top 10 finishes and a season best 4th at NOLA. After just two races (both at Daytona) Fillmore is in 7th overall in the AMA Pro Superbike Series for 2013 with a 10th and 8th place finish. In 2013 he is back racing supermoto and is focused on winning the USA Pro Supermoto championship.
