Young was filling in on the FIXI Crescent Suzuki for injured rider Leon Camier. Earlier in 2013 Young raced for Attack Performance Kawasaki in two MotoGP rounds at Circuit of the Americas COTA and Indianapolis. He started in 1985 and won his first Grand National at the age of 19. He’s now the U.S. importer for Golden Tyre and the East Coast Distributor. He just found out he’ll return to Bonneville to attempt to set another world land speed record for Bub. Gary Sutherlin, Pro Offroad Racer – Privateer Gary was born and raised in Montana and grew up racing motocross before he moved to Phoenix to attend MMI. He ended up meeting Destry Abbot and Ricky Dietrich while he was in Arizona. He worked as Ricky’ mechanic in 2006-2007 and tried to qualify for the pro 450 class at Lakewood and Washougal while still wrenching for Ricky at Factory Kawasaki. His speed in offroad racing was evident despite his lack of training and he eventually set his sights on becoming a full time pro himself. Fast forward five years and he’s competed in the X Games, won the 2013 AMA West Coast Harescramble series in the Pro Class, he’s competitive in the Endurocross series, and got his first win the WORCS series three weeks ago.
