Her fiancé raced professional motocross and she was a big part of his career as well. When the Lead Ban was introduced she was inspired to get involved from an email she received from the AMA. She didn’t feel the motorcycle industry was doing enough so she helped get signatures for the petition to overturn the Lead Ban. She reached out to families she knew and other communities to get active. She also started the Moto Patriot group that educated the public on how to make a difference. Thanks to the help of Nancy and several others, the Lead Ban has now been overturned. www.facebook.com/themotopatriot Brett Metcalfe, 450cc Supercross – Yoshimura Suzuki In 2010 Brett finished 3rd in the Monster Energy Supercross Lites East series and 2nd in the 450cc AMA Motocross Outdoor Series.
