High Rock Increases Prices as Over 100 Townhomes are Reserved Less than 20 trackside units remain SPENCER, NC With nine months until the official facility grand opening, High Rock Raceway officials today announced that a limited number of townhomes remain for sale. More than 100 of the 120 race townhomes already are off the market, and officials said this week that, effective immediately, prices on the remaining units will increase. “We are delighted to have crossed the 100 unit threshold in reserved units” said Dave Risdon, High Rock’s Chief Executive Officer. “We plan on closing on our financing in October and bringing out the road graders in full force.” High Rock Raceway’s luxury two-story townhomes include a climate-controlled garage and roof-level, observation deck. Owners can keep performance vehicles in the garage and enjoy exclusive access to the track on 60 pre-scheduled, members-only track days each year. Pricing for a one bedroom unit is now $300,000, while two-bedroom units are $360,000. These prices include an Individual Membership at no additional charge. Separately, Individual Memberships may be purchased for $35,000 and Corporate Memberships may be purchased for $50,000. The Race Townhomes are located in prime viewing areas at various locations alongside the track. Townhome owners can access their units 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Owners also have quick and easy access to the paddock and track. Townhomes feature a number of optional design features and enhancements, including numerous kitchen, bath, living and bedroom design installations as well as extensive tool and equipment options for the garage.
