Florida Team Ready to Battle Their Way to Victory DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – When Round 2 of the SunTrust MOTO-ST Series blasts off the Startline at Homestead-Miami Speedway, April 13-14, Team RightsForBikers.com will be ready to battle their way to victory. Spearheaded by well-known Florida attorney C.J. Czaia, this formidable three-bike team brings both a wealth of experience, plus a long list of victories and accolades. “We are running in all three of the MOTO-ST classes,” explains Czaia, who has been racing for the past twenty-five years. “I have competed in a lot of different racing arenas and, to date, the SunTrust MOTO-ST is the best series around. In short, it is team racing at its finest. It is both professional and exciting and everyone on our team is extremely pleased to be on board.” Viewing the series as an excellent way to incorporate racing with his law practice and to educate the motorcycling community about the law, Czaia has put together a top-notch team. Running in the Sport Twins class (ST), for machines under 75 horsepower are Nicole Hoffman and Robert Fisher, who took top class honors in the inaugural 8 Hours At Daytona. Hoffman, an interactive marketing manager for NASCAR, has been racing motorcycles for the past five years. Born and raised in upstate New York, she grew up surrounded by racing. Her father, Bob Dee enjoyed a long, illustrious career racing hydroplanes in the seventies and her brother Don races an indoor Can-Am TQ Midget. She previously tried her hand at go-kart racing, but with the demands of her activities as a swim team diver (3-time MVP Diver at Buffalo State College), her college education and her travels with her brother to his races, didn’t leave her enough time to devote to the sport. Six years ago Hoffman, or the “Blond on Wheels” as she is sometimes referred to, became interested in racing motorcycles. And from her very first race, her talent was obvious. “I love team racing,” she smiles, “It is definitely fun and when you win it is really special. I took the CCS Ultra Lightweight Superbike title at Homestead in 2004 and am looking forward to my teammate and I taking this win on April 14.” Also extremely skilled is Hoffman’s co-rider Robert Fisher. Competing for the last 12 years, Fisher has earned numerous championships in Lightweight SuperSport, Lightweight Superbike, Lightweight G.P., Thunderbikes, plus a number of CCS regional titles. Born in San Diego, Calif., and now a resident of Sarasota, Fla., Fisher, the president of Roaring Toyz, has earned international renown as a builder of custom sport bikes. His Who’s Who list of customers include celebrities such as actor and rapper Ludacris, Tampa Bay Buccaneer running back Michael Pittman, Cincinnati Reds infielder Felipe Lopez and super middleweight boxer Jeff “Left-hook” Lacy, to name just a few. Flying the RightForBikes.com banner in the SST class are Mark Crozier and Nathan Dressman. Dressman, who is an industrial designer, has been competing for the past 6 years. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio and now a resident of Berkley, Michigan, Dressman earned 7 WERA regional championships and last season he took home the WERA National Endurance Heavyweight Superstock crown and was 2nd overall in the WERA standings. Teammate Mark Crozier, who lives in Palm Coast, Florida, has been racing most of his life. With 8 National Endurance Championships to his credit, his two-wheeled skill is obvious and he is a definite asset to any team. Last, but not least, is the GST team composed of Czaia, John Linder and Chris Boy. “Racing is my form of relaxation,” explains Czaia. “It gives me some great time away from all the pressures of business. The other great thing about this type of competition is that it is truly a team sport. In road racing, it is pretty much man and machine. In the SunTrust MOTO-ST Series, everyone on the team participates. Winning in this series requires well-tuned machinery, perfect pit stops, precise strategy as well as skilled riding and that necessitates the whole team working as a unit.” In addition to Homestead-Miami Speedway, the SunTrust MOTO-ST Series will also include the VIR 500K, April 27-29 at Virginia International Speedway, the Road America 500K, July 7-8 at Road America, the Iowa Speedway 500K at Iowa Speedway July 12-13, 2007 and the 8 Hours at Daytona Finale, October 19-20 at Daytona International Speedway.
