James Toseland in Concert With “Crash” at the Thundersprint MotoGP star James Toseland will be entertaining his many fans at the Northwich Memorial Hall on Saturday 9 May, the day before James appears in the Thundersprint races. As well as being brilliant on a bike, James is a renowned entertainer and, as front man for his band “Crash”, he has become a firm favourite with fans throughout Europe. James, who can’t wait to get into action for the enthusiastic Thundersprint supporters, said: “I am really looking forward to meeting a whole new group of motorcycle fans at this unique event. It is especially important to me as Northwich is the home town of my great friend, the late Craig Jones and he would have loved to see me entertain his family and friends”. Thundersprint organiser Frank Melling was delighted that JT will be playing at the Northwich Memorial Hall. Frank said: “The idea of having James in concert came from the venue’s Supervisor, Steve Casey, who is a keen motorcyclist himself and a great admirer of James. “The Thundersprint is an enormous biking party and it’s really good when our star riders join in the spirit of the event. Other than flying the Spitfire, you can expect to see JT at every part of the Thundersprint and this will give fans a great opportunity to meet James away from the pressures of MotoGP.” Tickets for James and “Crash” cost £15 and they are selling very fast. They are available now from the Memorial Hall Booking office – 01606 814640 – or direct from the Northwich Memorial Hall, Chester Way, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5QJ.
