Former AMA star Jimmy Moore has landed a ride for the 2007 Isle of Man TT and other street-circuit races, such as the Northwest 200. Read about it here: ~http://www.ianlougher.com/news_07_results.php?news_07=2~ Moore’s AMA career was derailed in 2003 when he slid across wet grass and hit a tree outside turn one at Brainerd International Raceway during Thursday promoter practice, severely injuring his left arm, along with other damage. “I’m really excited to be doing the TT and especially during the 100th anniversary year,” Moore told Roadracingworld.com Sunday. “And to be able to do it the first time with Ian, a 20-year veteran of the TT, is more than I could ask for. I’m excited and look forward to doing it, as much as anything I’ve done. I’m so excited I have trouble sleeping at night.” Moore said he may also ride an 850cc Ducati 749 Formula Xtreme racebike in west coast AMA Nationals.
