Fulfilling a lifelong dream, Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha’s Josh Herrin captured his first AMA Pro SuperBike title with a second-place finish behind teammate Josh Hayes at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in California on Sunday, September 29. At 23 years old, Herrin has been in AMA Pro Racing for Yamaha since he was 16, and his growing speed and consistency finally earned him the most coveted title in US road racing.
