Yamaha and Z2 Track Days are pleased to announce our 2nd annual Women’s VIP Day on June 13th at Thunderhill Raceway Park in Willows, CA. Last year’s event was a huge success and this year is looking to be even bigger. This is a great way for women to try out the track for the first time in addition to meeting other women in the sport. The Novice group will consist only of women, while intermediate and advanced women riders can sign up for their usual groups along with the men. Thunderhill management is as excited as we are: “This year Thunderhill will be celebrating its 15th year of operation. From time to time we will be celebrating this milestone with special events. On June 13th, Z2 Track Days and Thunderhill Raceway Park will come together to offer a fun evening of good friends, good food, and live music for those who attend the Friday and Saturday event. Over the years Thunderhill and the Z2 organization have developed a great relationship. We look forward to continuing that relationship for many years to come!” –Shannon Ell, General Manager, Thunderhill Raceway Park Classroom sessions will take place throughout the day, along with a body positioning seminar, suspension seminar, catered lunch and raffle prizes from our sponsors – a set of Pirelli tires, a Suomy Helmet, items donated from Yamaha, Helimot European Accessories, MotionPro, and more. Z2 Trackdays has always been a big advocate of getting women to the track. Our days often consist of 10-20 women mixing it up with the men and we are proud to include 6 women instructors on our staff. The VIP day will wrap up with dinner, live entertainment and an ugliest Hawaiian shirt contest. Plus, of course, lots of great benchracing with friends. We look forward to seeing many new and returning faces join us for this exciting event!! To sign up visit: ~http://zoomzoomtrackdays.com/ti/zoomzoom/events2.html~
