Kawasaki is introducing its revamped, 2012 Ninja 650R Twin to the North American motoring press in Southern California this week. Along with the test fleet, the company brought along a little project it had been working on internally a concept bike to show how the 650 might look as a racebike. Carry Andrew of Hypercycle did the prep, with Joey Lombardo doing final touches to the bike at the new model intro. The bodywork was created and painted in a week’s time. Nice!
