With just under a week to go until the opening round of the 2009 Australian Superbike Championships, KRT has unveiled its new look Ninja race bikes at the team’s final pre-season testing session at Eastern Creek. Both Kevin Curtain’s Ninja ZX-10R and Ben Attard’s all new Ninja ZX-6R feature a bold new look that complements the awesome power and handling characteristics of the Ninja motorcycles. KRT manager Dave Cullen says, “The 2009 Ninja race bikes look great in their new livery. The final pre-season shakedown at Eastern Creek last Friday provided a final opportunity to test some newly arrived ZX-6R parts before our first race. We’re happy with the progress and feel that we now have 2 race bikes that not only look great but will also be very competitive at the series opener at Phillip Island. We’re looking forward to it!” KRT will unleash the new look Ninja motorcycles at the opening round of the Australian Superbike Championships (being run in conjunction with the WSBK opener) at Phillip Island on 27 Feb 1 March.
