Kevin Rentzell, R.I.P.: Memorial Services Announced

Kevin Ashley Rentzell, 54, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017.

Kevin was owner of RK Dirtworks and formerly a professional motorcycle road racer with WERA and AMA. He was an 8 Time National Sprint Champion and 4 times National Endurance Champion in the 1980s and early 1990s. 

Kevin was preceded in death by his mother Beverly Rentzell, father Robert Rentzell, and brother Robert “Bob” Rentzell.

Kevin is survived by his two daughters, Amanda Rentzell of Gig Harbor, Washington and Victoria Keese-Rentzell of Estill Springs, Tennessee; and brother Stephen Lindsey Rentzell of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Daughter Amanda and family will receive friends on Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 10-3 pm at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace.

A Celebration of Life Service for Kevin will be conducted at 3 pm on Sunday in the funeral home chapel
