From a press release issued by WERA: WERA Motorcycle Roadracing rider, Sam Finkelstein, 18, of Covington, Georgia, will be featured on local 11 Alive News on March 11, 2008 during the 6:00pm WesSide Story segment. Sam had a kidney transplant at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta and is now back living a full life and started motorcycle Roadracing with WERA last year. Wes Sargenson of 11 Alive will be retiring on March 15, 2008 and he wanted to do a few more stories on people who have interesting lives. Sam surely qualifies and Evelyne Clarke, WERA President called Road Atlanta and their staff graciously agreed to let 11Alive shoot some footage yesterday to go along with the story. Look for Sam at future WERA events living his life and dreams.
