From a press release issued on behalf of Pirelli: Rome, GA, January 8, 2008: Pirelli Tires North America is pleased to announce that Road Racing Manager Richard Moore will switch gears and become the OE and Canadian Sales Manager. Richard comes to this position with two successful years as Road Racing Manager and 17 years as the owner of an aftermarket motorcycle exhaust company. Company Vice President Scott Griffin said, “We are pleased to have Richard’s industry experience in expanding Pirelli sales in North America.” Richard replaces Alberto Warburg whose success has earned a promotion and transfer to Pirelli Germany. Christoph Knoche will assume total responsibility for road racing in North America effective January 7th. Congratulations to everyone on their new positions.
