Tulsa, OK January 31st, 2007 Shogun Motorsports has announced the latest sponsor to come on board with Team Shogun for the 2007 season. Komodo Gear, makers of boots, gloves and leathers for motorcycle enthusiasts, will be a major sponsor of Team Shogun for the upcoming season. In December, Team Shogun announced the signing of up-and-coming road racer Tyler McDonald to contest the AMA Supersport class, in addition to a select number of Formula Xtreme events, and the 17-year-old is looking forward to using exclusively Komodo Boots, gloves and leathers in 2007. “I am excited about the season and about the chance to ride for Komodo Gear and all the rest of my sponsors,” Tyler said. “I looking forward to the opener at Daytona and ready to put 100% of my efforts into the year and see how we come out.” Two other sponsors that are new additions for upcoming season include Moto 911 and Double Life Corp. Team Shogun’s first outing will be at Daytona International Speedway for the opening round of the 2007 AMA Superbike Championship Series.
