The new R25 backpack from the English firm Kriega features a four-point QuadLoc harness that balances the load on the wearer’s hips and chest, alleviating strain on the neck, the company says. The harness features four quick-release, aircraft-grade aluminum buckles that make putting the pack on and taking it off easy. The pack carries 25 liters of gear, is made of ripstop nylon, abrasion-resistant Schoeller Dynatech and 1000 Denier DuPont Cordura, and is equipped throughout with YKK zippers.
