‘Late Entry’ Deadline For AMA Pro Classes At Daytona Event In October Closes Friday, Sept. 18

To: AMA Pro Road Race Riders, Entrants and Crew From: AMA Pro Member Services Date: September 14, 2009 Subject: CORRECTION: Daytona International Speedway Entry Reminder All AMA Pro Road Racing competitors and entrants should be reminded that late entries for the October event at Daytona International Speedway close on Friday, September 18th, 2009. All late entries will require an additional fee of $100.00 per entry, per class. Any entries not RECEIVED at the Daytona Beach office by the late-entry deadline will be returned and there will be NO post entry except for the AMA Pro SuperSport presented by Shoei class. Last minute AMA Pro SuperSport presented by Shoei post entries will be accepted from AMA Pro Racing licensed AMA Pro SuperSport riders only during Thursday’s registration hours from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at each event. The post entry fee for the AMA Pro SuperSport presented by Shoei class is $300.00. Once registration closes on Thursday, SuperSport post entries for that event are closed. Completed license applications will only be processed at the AMA Pro Racing office in Daytona Beach, and must be received no later than 30 days prior to the first event in which a rider plans to compete. Under no circumstances will a license application be processed at an event.
