Longtime racing and MARRC official Roger Bacon died January 9th in Alexandria, Virginia. He was 64 years old. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 14th from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Everly Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA 22302, (703) 998-9200. A funeral is scheduled for Saturday, January 15th at 11:00 a.m. at the same location. Interment is scheduled for Tuesday, January 18 at 12:00 p.m. at Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, Virginia. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
