LOS ANGELES COUNTY PROCLAIMS MOTOCROSS SAFETY AWARENESS MONTH

LOS ANGELES COUNTY — On proclaiming Motocross Safety Awareness Month in Los Angeles County, Mayor Michael D. Antonovich recognized Kathy and Phillip Tarrant and Carrie and Tom Aquino, parents who have experienced the tragic loss of loved ones while motocrossing and who have worked to improve safety awareness to prevent future tragedy.

Mayor Antonovich also recognized Amanda Moulton – a journalism student at the College of the Canyons who has written news stories about the families and works to enhance awareness of this vital issue.
