M1 PowerSports Thanks Fans, Vendors, Teams and Officials for Successful Triumph Big Kahuna Atlanta DENVER, Colo. – Last weekend’s Triumph Big Kahuna Atlanta presented by Dunlop Tire and LeoVince far surpassed expectations, bringing exceptional entertainment to the amazing crowd that packed the rolling hillsides of Road Atlanta. Fans caught some of the most compelling battles in recent AMA Pro Road Racing history and were able to take part in the many unique entertainment offerings that make the Big Kahuna one of the greatest events on the AMA Pro calendar. M1 PowerSports would like to thank the AMA Pro Road Racing and Road Atlanta officials that set the stage for the weekend’s festivities, the vendors that added their own flare to the weekend’s agenda, the teams and riders that put on the impressive two-wheeled spectacle and, last but not least, the fans that came out to take part in the excitement. “The Road Atlanta fans have always held a special place in my heart,” said Cameron Gray, CEO of M1 PowerSports. “I think we’re all still buzzing from the energy that the vendors, riders and fans came together to create at the Big Kahuna last weekend. We’re going to spend the next few months doing everything we can to create that same environment for the Triumph Big Kahuna Miami and Triumph Big Kahuna New Orleans. I’d like to personally invite each and every fan to come join us as we bring the AMA Pro Road Racing season to a close with those two spectacular events.” For their contributions to the banner weekend, M1 PowerSports would also like to thank all of their at-track vendors that made the weekend a success, including: JumboTrons provided by MobileView, Café Racer Magazine for logistics support of the Café Racer Village and the Café Racer Village Bike Show, Jason Britton’s Team No Limit Stunt Shows, Tommy Allegretta and the Jungle Zoo Experience, the Cigar Store Indians, the Extreme Team 4×4 Monster Ride Truck, Jim Lorimer for setting up charity rides in the ultra-exotic MonoTracer, Bill Brown for all of his work setting up the Historic Moto Grand Prix paddock, Yamaha/NESBA for the On-Track Demo Rides, the always-popular Big Kahuna Bikini Girls with support of Evex Marketing and the Kid’s Corral by MPH. “I’d also like to thank Santa Claus for taking the one vacation he gets each year to celebrate with us at Road Atlanta,” continued Gray. “The surprises that we have in store for the Big Kahuna fans in Florida and Louisiana will be just as exciting and we look forward to the next chapter in this year’s Triumph Big Kahuna Triple Crown!” For tickets and information about the Triumph Big Kahuna Miami presented by Dunlop Tire and LeoVince, scheduled for September 21 – 23, 2012 at Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Fla., visit http://www.m1powersports.com/big-kahuna-miami/. Originally spawned from Daniels Corporation under the name FAST, the fledgling company was heavily involved in television production for car and motorcycle racing. With the birth of Speedvision, FAST morphed into Race Promotion Management (RPM) and is now operating as M1 PowerSports with many of the same staff still in place.
