Nine nationalities of the world’s most skilled riders line a grid armed with cutting edge motorcycle technology with prototype machinery fielded by three manufacturers; Ducati, Yamaha and Honda. Packages for race-day transportation and general admission with reserved grandstand seat tickets start at just $75, with round-trip transportation available throughout Northern and Central California. SportsFanExpress will stage motorcoaches at Sports Authority Stores, Save Mart Stores and Park & Ride locations. Bus-only tickets can be purchased for $30-40 per person, Buses will depart between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m., depending on location, and fans will enjoy videos, easy access to seating areas and a remedy to soaring gas prices. SportsFanExpress Director Chris Johns explained that this enterprise of coupling race tickets with transportation is gaining momentum. SportsFanExpress offers similar programs for local college football games, NFL teams and ski resorts. With stadiums and sporting events raising their parking fees and gas heading to $5 a gallon, it makes sense to “Ride the Bus”, claims Johns. “We are always looking for solutions to make the logistics for race fans more seamless on race day,” said Gill Campbell, CEO/general manager of Mazda Raceway. “SportsFanExpress allows fans to purchase individual tickets online, at a great price where fans can relax and enjoy the ride.” To purchase your transportation package please visit www.sportsfanexpress.com.
