Riders Choice and Suzuki Canada will team up in 2006 to back Mississauga’s Matt McBride in the Parts Canada Superbike Championship. McBride is back where he started his racing career on Suzuki equipment having won the 2001 Suzuki SV650 Cup championship at the age of 16. “I’m delighted to have what I believe will be the bike to beat this year in both the Superbike and Sportbike classes” said the 21 year old racer. Matt has been training hard for the upcoming Parts Canada Superbike Championship, which kicks off on Victoria Day Weekend (May 19-21) at Shannonville Motorsport Park. McBride will pilot a 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 Superbike that’s beingprepared by Scott Miller of Fast Company and a 2006 GSX-R 600 in the Hindle Exhaust Pro 600 Sportbike class that will be prepped by Ryan Gill of Riders Choice.
