Medical Update On Nick McFadden

M4 medAge Suzuki rider Nick McFadden’s right collarbone (broken in a crash at Road America last weekend), was surgically repaired at San Gabriel Medical Center in San Gabriel, California on Wednesday, June 7th by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Tom Bryan.

Dr. Bryan said, “I was able to easily access the fracture, contour the titanium plate and achieve a perfect repair.”

M4 medAge Suzuki team physician and medAge founder Dr. Laura Ellis added, “Dr. Tom Bryan came highly recommended and has many years experience getting injured riders back on the track. He understands the need for a strong repair and that’s what Nick got.”

Nick himself said, “I’m relieved to be fixed. Dr. Bryan has taken care of many of my fellow racers so I know he is one of the best. I look forward to getting back on the bike as soon as possible.”
