Santa Clarita, CA (August 25, 2015)- Meen Motorsports will field two 600 Superstock wild card riders for the final round of the MotoAmerica series. Sixteen year-old rider Jason Uribe, who previously joined the Meen Team at Laguna, looks forward to once again running the Wheels In Motion/ Motosport.com Meen Yamaha. Having had success overseas this year, the up and coming rider has his sights set on finishing at the front of the Superstock pack at New Jersey Motorsports Park. Untapped talent, Chad Lewin will also pilot a Meen Machine at Jersey. An experienced rider within the motorcycle industry, Lewin finished fourth in the recent GEICO Shootout Championship and looks forward to making his debut in the MotoAmerica Series with Meen Motorsports.

“I am beyond honored and humbled to have been given the amazing opportunity to ride for the Meen Team. Meen Motorsports and I share the same passion and goal for racing and I know this will be a perfect fit for me. Thank you to all who have been involved with my racing career, past and present, for helping me get to this point. Without them I would not be where I am today. Special thanks to Jason Pridmore, Tige Daane, Lending, Bell Helmets and FT-ECU. I am extremely excited for Jersey where I will be able to work with this championship caliber team,” states Lewin.

2015 Superstock Champion Joe Roberts will continue his podium hunt in the 600 Supersport class with Meen Motorsports at Jersey. After barely missing out on the podium, Roberts finished fourth during his 600 Supersport wild card run at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Thus officially graduating from the Superstock class, he will not compete in the Superstock 600 races at New Jersey and will instead be racing alongside 600 Supersport expert teammate Josh Herrin for the final race weekend.

Currently 3rd in the Supersport championship, Wheels In Motion, MotoSport.com/ Meen Yamaha rider Josh Herrin will be fighting for the second position in the MotoAmerica SuperSport Championship against YAMALUBE/Y.E.S./Graves Yamaha’s Garrett Gerloff.
