BILL BAGNALL MEMORIAL SET FOR JANUARY 28TH A memorial to celebrate the life and times of Bill Bagnall will be held Sunday, January 28th at Joe’s Garage in Tustin, California starting at 11:00 A.M. Bagnall, the former editor/publisher of Motorcyclist Magazine and co-founder of Motorcycle Dealernews magazine and shows, passed away in late November at the age of 80 years old.
