Savannah, GA Hot and humid weather was the rule this weekend as Kevin Mendez of Miami Lakes, FL took his KRM Racing Bimota 1000 to victory in the Pirelli Diablo 600 Challenge. Russell Proctor of Wake Forest, NC on his Burlington Yamaha R6 took the second spot on the podium. Alfredo Braca of Granite Falls, NC pleasantly surprised to find that his effort brought his Ducati 848 home third. This is the first season CCS has run the Pirelli Diablo 600 Challenge.
