Michelin launch limited edition MotoGP™ tyre

To mark their return to motorcycle racing’s premier series, Michelin chose the 2016 Grand Prix de France to take the wraps off their new Michelin Pilot Power 3 MotoGP™ Ltd Edition tyre which will go on sale in Europe on June 1st.

In a world first, this exclusive tyre will feature specific sidewall branding that combines the Michelin Pilot Power 3 and official MotoGP™ logos. Production is being limited to 5,000 pairs.

The new Michelin Pilot Power 3 MotoGP™ Ltd Edition is available in 120/70 ZR 17 (58W) front and 180/55 ZR 17 (73W) rear sizes to fit a large selection of sports bikes.

Michelin’s MotoGP™ involvement provides it with an extreme laboratory to develop technological solutions that will later feed into the road tyres it makes for all motorcyclists.
