Michelin’s new Pilot Power 3 tires are designed for sportbike riders who take it to the track occasionally. The company says the anticipated use for the tire is 85% street and 15% track usage. The dual-compound 2CT+ tire, which features a harder center compound for durability and a softer edge compound for grip, is designed to deliver superior wet-surface performance and 20% more mileage than the company’s Pilot Power 2CT. Suggested retail starts at $184.95 for the 120/60/17 front, from dealers. For more information, contact Michelin North America, Inc., Dept. RW, Motorcycle Division, P.O.
