Weekend Ticket Packages Now Available for 2009 Major Events at Miller Motorsports Park TOOELE VALLEY, UTAH (February 4, 2009) “” Weekend ticket packages for all major events during the 2009 season at Miller Motorsports Park are now on sale. The major events for 2009 include the Larry H. Miller Dealerships Utah Grand Prix (American Le Mans Series), May 15-17; the USA Round of the HANNspree FIM Superbike World Championship, May 29-31; the NASCAR Camping World Series West event, July 31-August 1; Cycle Fest (featuring AHRMA vintage motorcycles and Pro-Am Supermoto), September 4-6; and the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series event, September 18-19. For all major events in 2009 with the exception of the HANNspree FIM Superbike World Championship, Miller Motorsports Park is instituting a new grandstand seating policy: anyone with a grandstand ticket can sit in any grandstand (first-come, first-seated). Furthermore, for the NASCAR Camping World Series and Cycle Fest events, all tickets will be General Admission, and ticket holders will be allowed to sit in the grandstands (no reserved seating). During the HANNspree FIM Superbike World Championship event, grandstand ticket holders may sit in any seat in any grandstand on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday of the HANNspree FIM Superbike World Championship weekend, however, grandstand seats will continue to be reserved for the ticket holder of that specific seat. “We are very excited about the 2009 season,” said MMP Box Office and Group Sales Manager Ty Pursley. “We have not raised any of our ticket prices, and in fact some of our prices have been decreased. The new grandstand seating policy is also going to be a big improvement. This is a huge facility, and giving fans the opportunity to move around and view the action from various vantage points is going to enhance their experience dramatically. It’s going to be a great year.” Weekend ticket package prices are as follows: Cycle Fest, $20; the NASCAR Camping World Series West, $25 (includes qualifying); Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series, $65 grandstand/ $50 general admission; Larry H. Miller Dealerships Utah Grand Prix, $80 grandstand/ $50 general admission; HANNspree FIM Superbike World Championship (including a three-day paddock pass), $145 grandstand/$100 general admission. As always, with the exception of the HANNspree FIM Superbike World Championship event, all spectators have complete access to the paddock at no cost. Groups of 20 or more ordering tickets are eligible for special offers or pricing. Single-day tickets will go on sale in the near future.
