Monster Energy and Dorna renew agreement for three years

Dorna Sports is proud to announce the continued support of Monster Energy who will remain as a prominent sponsor at a number of events for the next three years. Introduced in the early 2000s, Monster Energy has rapidly grown in size and visibility with a presence at a number of events. Monster Energy will continue to be the title sponsor of two Grands Prix for the next three seasons.

Both the Catalan GP and the newly-titled the Czech GP are set to remain as two events carrying the Monster Energy name, with the support of the energy drinks giant having helped put on some thrilling shows in previous years. Monster Energy will also have a presence at a number of other Grands Prix throughout the season, with both on-track branding and promotional events in and around the paddock.

“MotoGP is what Monster Energy is all about. Speed unreal skill and keeping the throttle open a little bit longer than the other guys. In other words living life on the edge. Our athletes who compete for us in all three MotoGP classifications speak for us. And nowhere do they speak louder than on the global stage that is MotoGP. The best riders, the best teams, the best circuits and the best events in the world. We are very proud to be a part of it”, commented Rodney Sacks, CEO of Monster Beverage.

“It’s good to see Monster Energy’s continued commitment to MotoGP, their support has helped many GPs and riders over the years and to see them renew and continue their support is a point of pride”, declared Pau Serracanta, Managing Director, Commercial Area, Dorna Sports.
