Jimmy Moore Wins AMA Pro 750cc Supersport Race At Mid-Ohio, Roadracingworld.com’s Chris Ulrich Second

Corona Extra EBSCO Suzuki’s Jimmy Moore won his second 750cc Supersport race of the 2001 season by six seconds in a perfect race today at Mid-Ohio. Roadracingworld.com’s Chris Ulrich was fifth into turn one but quickly worked his way up to second where he settled in until the finish. Attack Suzuki’s Richie Alexander crashed on the first lap, turning Moore’s win into a large, 43-point lead in the 750cc Supersport Championship standings.
