New York, June 12, 2015.

Aprilia USA is thrilled to announce the introduction of the new 2016 RSV4 RF into the MotoAmerica Superstock 1000 series. The RSV4, already proving itself as a contender in the series with the 2015 Factory model, will benefit from newest offering from Noale, to be released in the US later this month.

The new Aprilia RSV4 RF is the natural evolution of the project which dominated World SBK, winning seven championship titles in six years, including 2014’s Manufacturer and Rider titles. Benefitting from knowledge developed on the track, Aprilia has developed the new RSV4 RF to be more powerful, better handling, and lighter than the predecessor with a more dynamic class-leading electronics package.

Sheridan Morais, who joined the team at Road America, adapted immediately to the RSV4, capturing 2nd and 3rd place finishes in his very first MotoAmerica appearance last race. With the addition of 16+ HP to his new RSV4 RF race machine, and an even more spirited mid-range, the South African rider is destined to find himself even more comfortable charging to the front of the Superstock 1000 pack.

The Aprilia HSBK Racing two rider team will continue competing with the 2015 RSV4, piloted by Devon McDonough, who currently sits 6th in standings, respectively.
