CIA LANDLORDS INSURANCE HONDA CONFIRMED IN WSS

CIA LANDLORDS INSURANCE, the leading provider of let property insurance in the UK, has confirmed it will partner with PTR Honda in the 2015 World Supersport Championship.

Scoring three podiums as CIA Insurance Honda in 2014, the squad will be renamed CIA Landlords Insurance Honda for 2015 when it goes for race wins and a title challenge.

CIA Landlords Insurance’s Eliot Blundell said: “We are thrilled to be going into a second year as title sponsor for such a professional WSS team and are looking forward to excellent results on and off the track. We really enjoy racing and will be using it to incentivise landlords and motorcycle riders who need insurance to shop with us and get the best policies at the best prices. We are also looking forward to winning plenty of races in 2015, that is the plan.”

Already confirmed for 2015 are Colombian Martin Cardenas and Italian Riccardo Russo. They are expected to be joined by two more riders with an announcement shortly.

CIA Landlords Insurance Honda Team Manager Simon Buckmaster said: “I am delighted that CIA Landlords Insurance has remained as title sponsor to the team for a second year. We had a good first year together, now we want to step it up for 2015.

“I think with Martin and Riccardo we already have a strong team. I will be adding two more names to the team sheet shortly and think we will become even stronger. I can’t wait to get racing and winning with CIA Landlords Insurance Honda in 2015.”
