SMITH VS STOKES Ducshop riders Mike Smith and Brian Stokes go head-to-head for the Championship crown at this weekend’s GNF at Road Atlanta. The two will be competing for the coverted Heavyweight Twins Superbike National Championship scheduled to run as the last race on Friday, October 13. Brian Stokes won the championship last year on Ducshop’s Aprilia Mille, but he stands to have a stiff rival in Mike Smith, who is competing on Ducshop’s Ducati powered NRC Millona R. Ducshop will also be supporting Pete Friedland, Frank Shockley and Brad Phillips in the Bridgestone WERA National 4-hour Endurance race on the same day. The trio will compete on a Ducati 1000DS.
