More Sponsorship News For The MOPAR Canadian Superbike Championship

Luminox Pole Award Returns to CSBK

TORONTO, ON Frontline CSBK Inc., Canada’s premier road racing series organizer, is pleased to announce the return For the second consecutive year Tactical Products Canada are partnering with the MOPAR Canadian Superbike Championship series in providing the Luminox Pole Award for fast qualifier in the Harley-Davidson XR1200 Cup.

For the 2012 season, Tactical Products Canada (TPC) will present a Swiss made LUMINOX watch, LUMINOX Sport Bag, LUMINOX T-shirt and a LUMINOX Cap (value of over $700) to each of the five fast qualifiers at all six rounds of the MOPAR CSBK series, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (previously Mosport) being a double-header.

The 2011 winners of the Luminox Pole Award included Cody Matechuk, Darren James and Steve Crevier. TPC President Dean Ruston was in attendance at the final round of 2011 to present the award and was so impressed with Stacey Nesbitt winning the Honda CBR 125 Challenge that he also donated a special Luminox watch to commemorate that accomplishment.

Pro Rookie of the Year Bodhi Edie was also the proud owner of a Luminox watch at season’s end as he was awarded one sourced from Tactical Products Canada.

TPC President Dean Ruston commented, “Tactical Products Canada is proud to be a sponsor of the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship. We are excited about being the Harley Davidson XR1200 series Pole Award sponsor again this year. We will again be presenting the winner of each Harley-Davidson series pole a Swiss made timepiece by Luminox. This is a great opportunity for us and we look forward to seeing all the fans at the tracks.”

Kevin Graham of Frontline CSBK welcomes TPC and Luminox back to the series saying. “The Luminox Pole Award was very popular with the riders and fans last year and we are thrilled to have them on board for a second year.”

The Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship kicks off on at Shannonville Motorsports Park June 22 24, 2012.
