Moriwaki Engineering completed a successful test of its third and newest version of its Moto2 prototype racebike May 15 at the Suzuka Circuit South Course. Test rider Shogo Moriwaki completed over 40 laps of the course on the machine, which has a new aluminum main frame and a modified Honda CBR600RR engine. Based on the test results and the announcement that Honda will be the sole engine supplier for the new Moto2 class, Moriwaki Engineering plans to move forward with the development of this machine, according to a press release.
