Moto Series (formerly Fasttrax) has announced its 2013 calendar of events and the continuation of its discount program for track day riders and racers 17-years-of-age and under. Moto Series is a member owned organization offering track days, rider education, and racing at various circuits in the Great Lakes Region and conducts the Moto Series Fasttrax Road Race Series Championships. From the most novice beginner to the professional racer, Moto Series offers everything from guided instruction for beginning street riders and race certification to nationally competitive sprint and endurance racing. This is the second year for Moto Series’ young rider discount program that provides riders 17-years-of-age and younger a 50 percent discount at most events. “Our desire is to see teenagers learn how to rider better and safer, provide the opportunity to experience the capacity of their bikes in a controlled setting and offer the opportunity to race if they develop the skills and desire. We are excited to see young faces join our track day and racing program. We don’t want costs holding them back.” Moto Series President Todd Karam said. To participate in the young rider discount program it is necessary to contact Karam at [email protected]. On all race weekends, racers receive a discount for the Saturday track day event.
