Manuel Gonzalez on the Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP Kalex shattered the outright lap record in the second day of Moto2 World Championship testing in Jerez.

Gonzalez’ 1:39.768 was well under the old mark of 1:40.640 set by Aron Canet in 2023. Canet was second-quickest in practice, the only other rider in the 1:39s. American Joe Roberts was 26th, 1.670 seconds off of Gonzalez’ mark.
