Riding his Correos Prepago Yamaha VR46 Team Kalex, the Spaniard lapped the 2.6-mile (4.3 km) track in 1:34.871. That time smashed Somkiat Chantra’s 2022 lap record of 1:35.591.
American Joe Roberts was 11th with a 1:35.846 on his Italtrans Racing Kalex.
