MotoAmerica: Belgium’s Badie Bags Junior Cup Pole At Road Atlanta (Updated)

Altus Motorsports’ Kayla Yaakov was P3 in Junior Cup Q2, but after the session she and her Kawasaki Ninja were found to be below the combined bike/rider minimum weight limit, according to her father David Yaakov. The elder Yaakov said Kayla has been sick recently, lost a lot of weight, and that weight loss wasn’t taken into account by putting extra weight on her motorcycle.
