Hayden Gillim will start the first MotoAmerica Stock 1000 races of the 2024 season from pole position at Barber Motorsports Park, in Birmingham, Alabama. 

Riding his Real Steel Motorsports Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP on Dunlop control tires, the defending class Champion lapped the 2.3-mile course in 1:24.760 during Qualifying One (Q1) on Friday, and that time held up as fastest through Saturday morning’s Qualifying Two (Q2). 

Gabriel Da Silva also did his fastest time during Friday’s Q1, a 1:24.949, and will start second on his GMR/Jones Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP.

Bryce Prince claimed the third and final starting spot on the front row with a 1:25.167 on his BPR Racing Yamaha YZF-R1.
